We launched a preliminary campaign to recruit the named plaintiff, then quickly turned it into a national campaign in which we geo-targeting workers in every location that the restaurant operated in.

Within one month, we reached 200,000 people who fit the demographic with custom ads in targeted geo-fenced areas across 15 states. We turned that exposure into 300 leads, which we converted at an incredible 27% rate to opt-in 80 current & former employees to the case.
